Our Philosophy
The Coach House believes that wine is the perfect accompaniment to the artful dishes that Chef Kurt Fleischfresser creates. We have selected a wide array of wines that will perfectly complement any particular dish or that work with the complete meal. We feel that it should not be necessary to spend a great deal in order to enhance the dining experience. First and foremost, our best advice is to drink what you like.
If you feel unsure about choosing a wine, please ask your server for guidance. You may not find a particular wine that you may have enjoyed previously at The Coach House or at another establishment. We can help you select a wine of similar taste or style. We can also help guide you in pairing wine with your meal.
We have a great selection of rare and hard to find wines, from cult wines, to vintage Bordeaux, to new discoveries from around the world. Our wine list continually evolves and changes with the seasons and availability. The ever-changing nature of the list makes each visit to The Coach House an adventure in fine dining. There are always new tastes to explore.
We will be happy to properly decant any bottle of wine at your request, and highly recommend it for certain young Cabernets, Shiraz, and vintage Bordeaux.
The Coach House is pleased that we have been recognized by Wine Spectator as having a wine list of distinction. To that end, we are continually striving to improve the selection and value of our wine list for our patrons.
